I ran my DVD player through my stereo which is a Sony TA-AV561 AV Control Integrated Amplifier. I recorded the audio on a Maxell CD-R Music-Pro using a Sony RCD-W500C Compact Disc Recorder, using the Super Bit Mapping funtion. Track edits and fades were made with Goldwave v.5.04. The DVD had LPCM Lossless Audio which was confirmed using Gspot v2.7a. I then used Traders Little Helper to encode the waves to Flac Level8 and align the sector boundaries.

It's funny to see this and other shows from this venue circulate now. Back in the day people would guarde these with their lives and in some cases threaten people if they leaked. I had this, Queensryche, Rush, KISS x2, Motley Crue and more at one point.
ReplyDeleteI know, kind of funny now though. I have the Queensryche, Anthrax, Rush, Kiss, Motley Crue,& Megadeth, Danzig & a portion of Metallica. They were tough to get and with my connections too. My oldest son worked there for a little over 10 years. He started as a seat cleaner after events then started working directly with the artists backstage, cleaning you know around them more or less. He met a few. I lived within walking distance from The Palace for 20 years. Rosebud and I walked to quite a few shows there. We moved a 5 minute drive north from there after the kids were grown. It was cool to get these shows because I was at them. I would love to find out if the E.L.P. or Pink Floyd show where recorded. Was 6th row center for ELP. Anyway enjoy the show!

Yes another of your DVD Rips. Gonna take a lil bit though FF has slowed down to like 35k-48k. But a few months ago it was blasting at 600k-850k. So Ill just enjoy it more when I get it. Thankx for sharing
