I got this from the old Hear Rock City Blog. Great recording from Frankie Miller. Rod Stewart was quoted as saying Frankie Miller was the only white singer that made him cry. Bob Seger is also a huge fan, having covered Frankie Miller's "Ain't Got No Money" for his smash Stranger In Town LP. If you have never heard Frankie sing this is a great place to start.

The Kiss tracks "Hotter Than Hell", "Firehouse",
"Black Diamond", & "Rock And Roll All Nite" were used on the Kiss Alive album with a lot of overdubs. The Traders Den allows the Kiss portion of this recording to be posted because of the many overdubs. The producer of the album and Peter Criss have both admitted that the concert tracks were basically re-created in the studio. I have posted them so that all Kiss fans can hear them and decided for themselves.

This recording is traded as both a soundboard and an excellent audience recording. I believe it to be and excellent audience recording. At any rate it is the last performance of Atom Heart Mother with an orchestra, and a very listenable recording as well. A classic and a must for any Pink Floyd fan.

Mandrill is an American Funk band formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 1968. There music has been described as a combination of Sly Stone & Santana. There is no doubt that Latin Music was a heavy influence on the Wilson brothers and any fan of Santana's music should check them out for themselves. Both bands actually formed around the same time just on opposite sides of the country, Santana on the west coast, Mandrill on the east. Mandrill's sound leans heavier on the Funky side than Santana music does. Highly recommended to Santana & Funk fans alike!!

I got this from Big O, a great source for all kinds of music.
