The Heaven & Hell line-up of Black Sabbath re-united under a different name. The stated purpose was so the band wouldn't have to play the Ozzy era songs, this way concentrating on the Dio era. Most fans however feel it had to do with lawsuits between Ozzy & the band. Kind of like the Anderson, Bruford, wakeman & Howe thing, the music and the vibe was there so who cares about the name.
