After the tour for Streets: A Rock Opera, Jon Oliva announced his exit from Savatage. The reasons given were that Jon wanted to concentrate on his solo project Doctor Butcher and a Broadway Musical he intended to write. Also Jon's voice had been damaged by the long tours, he no longer could hit the high notes he screamed at the beginning of Savatage's career. A new vocalist, Zachary Stevens, would join the band for the follow up to Streets.

This recording is Jon's farewell to his loyal Savtage fans and fellow band mates. Jon would rejoin the band as keyboardist and vocalist for the bands Handful Of Rain album. This show was not recorded by the band for a live album so the only way to hear it is through this nice sounding FM Recording,
