I have had this sitting on my hard drive for far too long. It's like one of those Ultimate 1980s CDs...Ultimate 1980s Live!!! Jefferson Starship just before the re-naming to Starship and Missing Persons in all their see through plastic clothes glory. This is part of the soundtrack to JustDave Goes To High School. Both bands were Hot at the time. You couldn't turn on an FM station, walk into a teen club or an arcade without hearing the hits of Jefferson Starship and Missing Persons.

Note:  the same show was also syndicated on the BBC College Concert #7 with a broadcast date of Oct 24, 1982. That show as hosted by Pete Larkin.

NOTE: I ran across a note on the Internet that there's a King Biscuit Flower Hour show with a broadcast date of February 27, 1983,  that has the following songs, attributed to the Fox Warfield Theatre, San Francisco...but they're supposedly IDENTICAL PERFORMANCES to this BBC Rock Hour show.

The songs on that KBFH are supposed to be:

I don't have a copy of that show, so I can't confirm if this is true.

At the start of "Windows," on this BBC Rock Hour, they announce that the song is from their upcoming album "Spring Session M," "which is going to be released at the end of this month."

"Spring Session M' was released on October 8, 1982 by Capitol Records, and while that's
not "the end of (this) month," it means the show was recorded close to that date. There's a Warfield show up at Wolfgang's Vault attributed to December 28, 1982, which is after the October 10th syndicated broadcast date of this show.  My guess is that this show is from Magic Mountain.

The version of "I Like Boys" from this BBC Rock Hour show is up on YouTube, with a supposed date of November 24, 1982....over a month after this show was originally broadcast.
