I learned a little while back that my tumor had grown to take up one whole side of my prostate. This moves me up the ladder to stage 3 gleason 7. Which means I could reach stage 4 soon. So I have opted to have it removed. It will be done by robotic surgery through my abdomen. There will be 2 cuts with maybe 5 stitches each. A 2 day stay in hospital, then home to Rosebud to recover. My oldest son Spider (his Heavy Metal nick name) is coming to stay with us to help Rosebud help me. When I can comfortably sit down at the computer, and Rosebud says that it's okay (she's my Rock) I will be back.
