Robin Trower with James  Dewar on bass and vocals on tour to promote the Twice Removed From Yeterday LP. This line-up would only last one more album and tour then Reg Isidore would be replaced by Bill Lordan. This is a fabulous performance featuring not only tracks from Twice Removed From Yesterday but you also get early versions of Bridge Of Sighs tracks. "Lady Love", "Little Bit Of Sympathy", and "Day Of The Eagle" (which has slightly different lyrics) are all given the live test before being recorded. James Dewar would front the Robin Trower Band for 10 years and 9 albums. James became disabled in 1987 after a botched medical procedure and could no longer perform. We lost James Dewar to a stroke May 16, 2002 at the age of 59. Reg Isidore would reunite with Robin Trower to record the album Truce which also featured Jack Bruce. Reg Isidore passed away on March 22, 2009 from a heart attack, he was 59.

When Fleetwod Mac was inducted into the Rock & Rol Hall Of Fame, Bob Welch was not included. This was a serious blow to Welch who had been the guitarist/vocalist for Fleetwood Mac for 3 years and 4 albums. Bob Welch left the group in 1974 to pursue different ventures.  First was the Hard Rock power trio Paris, which recorded 2 albums before disbanding. Bob then released his first solo album French Kiss. French Kiss reached #12 on the US Charts and spawned 3 hits, "Ebony Eyes" #14, "Sentimental Lady" #8, and "Hot Love, Cold World" #31. Bob Welch died on June 7, 2012, from a self inflicted gunshot at the age of 66. Welch had suffered health issues and was told by doctors he would not improve.

A short but sweet recording from Lynyrd Skynyrd's tour to promote Second Helping. The bands second album would be the last to feature drummer Bob Burns. Burns left at the end of the tour because he didn't like life on the road. Artimus Pyle would join as his replacement before the recording of Nuthin' Fancy. Guitarist Ed King wold leave the band during the tour to promote Nuthin' Fancy for the same reasons. His replacement would be Steve Gaines. On October 20, 1977 we lost Ronnie Van Zant age 29, Steve Gaines age 28, and Cassie Gaines age 29, when the bands airplane went down due to loss of fuel. Allen Collens survived the crash but seemed to be plagued with bad luck afterwards. He lost his wife Kathy suddenly in 1980. The resulting depression and downward spiral into drugs and alcohol culminated in an auto accident that took the life of his girlfriend and left Allen paralyzed from the waist down and unable to play guitar. He died January 23, 1990 from chronic pneumonia. Keyboardist Billy Powell was lost to us at the age of 56 to a heart attack on January 28, 2009. Bassist Leon Wilkeson died at the age of 49 from natural causes related to his long term lung and liver disease.

Soundboard recording from Toto's tour to promote their 4th studio release Toto IV. The album was Toto's commercial breakthrough,  with 3 Top Ten Singles, "Rosanna" #2, "Africa" #1, and "I Won't Hold You Back" #10. "Make Believe", "Waiting for Your Love", and "Afraid of Love" were also released as singles to lesser degrees of success making a total of 6 singles. The album itself hit #1 in Australia, Canada, and Norway, #4 in The UK, USA and Italy and #3 in Japan. Toto IV is certified platinum 3 times over, and earned a total of 6 Grammy Awards. We lost Jeff Porcaro at the age of 38 on August 5, 1992 from heart failure. Jeff had sprayed insecticide in his yard and became very ill, dying later that day in the hospital. The band cites an allergic reaction as the official cause of death, while a Coroner's report lists the cause as a heart attack from atherosclerosis induced by cocaine use. Bassist Mike Porcaro is no longer touring with the band after being diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, which now has him confined to a wheelchair.
