I ripped the waves with DVD Audio Extractor. I then used Goldwave to raise the volume and clean up the fade in/fade out at the beginning and end of the recording. No EQ or noise reduction was used.
What a great show! After I downloaded and watched the MKV file that I made this DVD from, I knew I had to share the audio here with all my fellow Jazz fans.
