This is going to be The Best 2 Hours Black Sabbath Fans will spend after downloading (that is until some else way cooler happens of course). It's 1 CD worth of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 1976 and a full length 2CDs worth of Fresno, California, 1978. A full length Never Say Die Show that is not the London show from the video. This is a nice collection for all Black Sabbath listeners. I loved it so did Rosebud, that's why it's a Rosebud Pick.

- A big Thank You to my wife Rosebud, who bought this vinyl set for Christmas of 2025 good music is always the best gift!

Known Flaws:
- The Joann Jones track "Like A Sad Song" had a couple small vinyl dimples that made small bump noises, I tried to lessen them as much as possible.
- Record has really good sound for a $20.00 (US) vinyl that is a few decades old.

Recording Notes:
- This Star Fleet Blair concert series is new to The Collective Of Live Music brought to our attention by Collective member Draftervoi.
- The Collective Of Live Music is just starting to explore this series hoping to catalog and collect as much of the series as possible
- The are no commercials included with the broadcast, nor is there a show promo bed.
- The one thing I saw as odd is that they place a single song from Jo Ann Jones in the middle of Razzy Bailey's set then continue with Razy Bailey. I personally would like to hear a whole concert set from her.

Editing Notes:
- A Zerostat Positive Ion gun was used on LPs prior to playback.
- A carbon fiber record brush, then a microfiber disc cleaner was used on the records prior to playback.
- Records hand cleaned with Record Research Lab Super Record Wash before playback.
- LP cleaned with the HumminGuru Ultrasonic Vinyl Record Cleaning System using distilled water prior to playback.
- Raw transfer: EQ off, treble and bass levels set at +/- zero for most accurate sound of LP.
- Turntable & tone arm balanced: Needle Tracking & Azimuth set: Needle Pressure & Antiskid digitaly set:
- Computer Soundcard stereo field maximized.
- Goldwave set to record while filtering any DC Offset.
- Recording and all editing done in 24bit/96khz.
- Preservation being key the show is encoded complete with voiceovers.
- Declicked manually and some noise reduction used depending on what best served the situation.

Other Notes:
- This is my second project for the year 2026, my first being a digitation of Alice Cooper's King Biscuit Flower Hour #010 Wendler Stadium, Kalamazoo, Michigan 1978.
- Razzy Bailey's band is called Rose the bass player of which, Milton, is also the band leader. Milton sings the first 2 songs before introducing Razzy Bailey.
- The title to track number 19, "Lucille: The Rest Of The Story" was made up by me since Razzy only sings the first verse of the song then starts telling the story of Lucille's husband, what happens in his life after Lucille leaves.
- I couldn't help noticing that the song "I Ain't Got No Business Doin' Business Today" has a very striking resemblance to the music that Three Dog Night used for their version of Randy Newman's "Mama Told Me Not To Come".
- I could not find any information on Jo Ann Jones but she does a beautiful rendition of John Denver's "Like A Sad Song". I dare say one of the best I have heard. The arraingment is just her powerful voice and a very delicate acoustic guitar. on the listing for this album set at Discogs, the link for her name takes you to a listing of Dance Music 12 inch singles for a different Jo Ann Jones.

Known Flaws:
- Records had a lot of tiny scratches across the playing surface which required a lot of editing.
- Record 1 Side 2 Segment B had a lot of scratches and damage that could not be cleaned up very well at all. I did what I would call a best effort on the problem spots but they do not sound well. The tracks harmed by this are track 10 "Silver Eagle II #SE-5 Intro - Larry Kenny" and track 11 "Jerry Reed - Band Introductions".
- The problem clears up toward the end of track 11 "Jerry Reed - Band Introductions"
- I have encoded these tracks only to complete the archive and have indexed them so they can be left off when playing the show. I figured like me there are people who would want them anyway.

Recording Notes:
- This is the Canadian Radio Version of The Silver Eagle Cross Country Road Show as well as The American Eagle. The shows are exact as their American Radio counterparts except the commercials have been left off the vinyl. This is because Canadian advertisements would be used instead.
- There was a show promo bed with a voiceover on Side 2 between Segments B & C. This was encoded and moved to the end of the program.

- This area of damage is the reason it took from October 27, 2025 till February 12, 2026 to complete a useable version of the show since I started over many times before getting a result that at least was satisfactory to me.

- A tape from an old school snail mail tape trade with a fellow Metalhead that went by the name of Nobbi.
- Also aquired in that trade was one more My Dying Bride show and various othe Heavy Metal live tapes.

Known Faults:
- "Kneel Till Doomsday" fades in whoever recorded the master must have missed the beginning of the show.
- Tape flip after "She Is The Dark".
- The DJ talks over some of the beginnings and endings of tracks.
- Not exactly sure of tape generation, it does have some fading and channel phasing.

Editing Notes:
- Other than cross fading the tape split I left the audio as is.
- Recording and editing was done in 24bit/96khz.

Other Notes:
- My Dying Bride is the only band in The Big Three Of British Death Doom that plays anything close to their original ground breaking releases. The other two, Anathema and Paradise Lost both progressed in different directions. Anathema becoming a Progressive Metal act while Paradise Lost went in a more Gothic Metal/Rock direction.
- The sound that set My Dying Bride apart from other Death Doom acts was the violin. An actual violinist who grew up a Metalhaed was used until his departure. Unable to find a suitable replacement My Dying Bride added a keyboardist to cover the violin and add another dimension to their sound.

So it's Sunday Morning and You're in the mood for some Jazz, who do you turn to? Is this a Smooth Jazz morning? Are you in the mood for something a little more something? If that's the case I don't have to tell you that with the Alice Coltrane Sextet you're in for a great ride. I have to point out my man Charlie Haden laying down the bass! I have a spot in my heart for bass players and drummers (I play both). I became a fan of Charlie by noticing his name. When I looked into his prolific career I was an instant fan. The man is perfect for Alice Coltrane's arraignments, this type of stuff is in his blood.

What’s there to say? Kinda nice to see an old fashioned vinyl boot in 2019. It’s been a long time since I uploaded anything here, time to give back… supposedly pressed in Germany. The sound is excellent for a boot, supposedly a soundboard recording, no other details. The performance, on the other hand, is incredible. The sarod/tabla duet parts are just the icing on the cake.

I had out of town company this week, my old friend Gypsy Dan came to Michigan from California. He moved to California a few years back for employment. He worked with me promoting local concerts and local festivals in the 1980s & 1990s. We were talking about old times including concerts we went to. We both agreed that one artist who always delivered live was Peter Frampton. It's no wonder that a "Live" album was what really broke his solo career in America. The disappointment voiced in the follow up wasn't really justified either. I'm In You might not have been as strong but how do you follow up The Ultimate Live Rock Document. You really can't just ask Kiss. Instead of doing the sane thing and trying to they went left and released an orchestrated kind of non Rock sounding Destroyer. Something like Rock And Roll Over would have been the best decision. Frampton also didn't try, he just released an album like all of the others. Some Rocking originals, some ballads and covers. Frampton's albums always had a lot of texture to them for lack of a better way of stating it. He had a lot of musical colors to paint with.

One song from the Frampton's Camel album, 3 from Winds Of Change, and 1, "Shine On", from Frampton's Humble Pie days. Cool to hear some pre-talk-box "Do You Feel Like We Do", interesting interlude. What is it about those two albums, Winds Of Change & Frampton's Camel? Something about them I just love, including what I think is one of the best cover's of "Jumping Jack Flash". If you listen close it uses the same type of mid section that Humble Pie used on "I Don't Need No Doctor". Frampton's Camel, that album has that perfect ebb and flow, mellow and heavy. Anyway I hope you enjoy the Frampton!!
