I  ripped the waves with DVD Audio Extractor. I then used Goldwave to re-edit some track marks and raise the volume, no EQ or noise reduction was used. The waves were encoded to MP3 320kbps because the DVD had lossy audio.

This a fantastic recording and one hell of a show. Lukas & Micah Nelson are the sons of Outlaw Country Music Legend Willie Nelson. Promise Of The Real is a great band in their own right and I will be featuring a couple performances from them in the near future.

Original Uploader Notes:
There is 1 second of digi-noise at 2:07 during "Me And Bobby McGee". The very end of "All Of Me" was abruptly cut on the DAT, so I faded it out. No music is missing. The beginning of "Stardust" is missing and fades in on the DAT, presumably due to the taper switching from the mic and plugging back into the soundboard.
