This year marks the 40th Anniversary of The California Jam II held in Ontario, California March 18, 1978. I remember watching the television broadcast on ABC In Concert with my family (we did things as families back then including watching TV). The next few days at school were all about the broadcast and the concert itself as some students made their way around school with event t-shirts (sent to them by California relatives no one from my Michigan school made it to the show).

To celebrate this 40th Anniversary I have posted the FM broadcast recording of King Biscuit Flower Hour's 3 Part broadcast. The broadcast doesn't include any of Foreigner's set but does include a couple tracks from Rubican's set (which may be of interest to Night Ranger fans due to Brad Gillis and Jack Blades being in the band). Also I have re-posted  the links to the soundboard recordings posted on this blog a few years back so you may also grab the full sets (here)

Also all Led Zeppelin, Robert Plant, Plant & Page, Coverdale/Page, and Kansas links have been fixed.

Experimental Jazz from a master of the game Markus Stockhausen. Not quite as Dub as Nils Petter Molvær but definitely a mix of Jazz and Electronic Music.

I downloaded this recording from BigO a great resource for bootlegs from various genres. "Wild Life" is actually one long track but BigO split it int 9 parts to make it easier to download from their site.

This is a great set that I downloaded from The World Famous D & P Bootleg Tunes World Led Zeppelin Zone so you know it's a quality product.
