The bootleg is titled Unreleased Radio Broadcast but the show was actually never aired. Kiss was the opening act for Rory Gallagher and WMMS-FM broadcast Rory's set but not Kiss'. This is the gig mentioned in the Kiss biography where Peter Criss III passed out on his drum riser. The riser rose during the ending of "Black Diamond" and Peter was overcome by the smoke from all the on stage explosions. Most of the stage banter has been edited out by the bootlegger, but the music is all there for us to get a peek into history when Kiss was young and hungry.

According to the liner notes to the remastered re-released Aldo Nova CD, Aldo got his big break while portraying George Harrison in a Canadian Beatles tribute band. He was offered a chance to collaborate with a local recording artist. That relationship failed but Aldo was offered a contract with ATV Music Productions on the strength of the songs themselves.

Aldo started recording demos and shopping them around landing a contract with Portrait records in 1981. The label sent the demos to Rush producer Terry Brown who sent them back saying Aldo needed no help and should produce himself. The demos themselves were pressed as Aldo Nova's first LP after being remixed by Tony Bonjiovi. In exchange for the mixing help Aldo agreed to help out Tony's cousin Jon Bonjiovi who was working on his own demos. Aldo laid down guitar on what would be Jon Bon Jovi's first hit single "Runaway". Uncredited and unknown to most Bon Jovi fans is that Aldo also provided the high pitch vocals on that song as well, not Jon.

Aldo's following 2 LP's failed to reach the success of their predecessor due to the American Heavy Metal explosion. Aldo's Pop Metal music was lost in a sea of similar sounding Metal releases. Aldo went on to work with Lita Ford and the very Non-Metal Michael Bolton. He also helped Jon Bon Jovi write and record his Blaze Of Glory LP. Bon Jovi re-payed the favor by helping Aldo with his comeback LP Blood On The Bricks. After that LP failed to catch on Aldo became a producer songwriter. He now has the very Non-Metal position of playing synthesizer and guitar for Celine Dion. He has also written and produced many songs for her including her comeback smash "A New Day Has Come". Aldo also wrote Clay Aiken's number #1 Hit Single "This Is The Night".

Tesla on tour to promote their first LP Mechanical Resonance. The band kicks out an early version of "Did It For The Money" which wasn't recorded until the bands second album The Great Radio Controversy. Tesla was unfairly lumped in with the 1980's Hair Metal bands, when their music is more of a Traditional Hard Rock.
