Not sure where I found this, it might be The Luxor Dream, but I am more than pleased that I did. Big Big Train is a band I have been enjoying for a few years now. I think I was told to check them out about 4 years ago. I told my friend with a name like Big Big Train they probably will not be for me. So what's in a name right? Big Big Train are an awesome Progressive Rock band in every 1970's sense of the word. Take the best things about Peter Gabriel era Genesis (David Longdon has a very similar voice) and Fragile era Yes (especially the bass lines). I love this band and say every fan of 1970's Prog-Rock should check them out. Unfortunately we have lost David Longdon on November 20, 2021 from complications to a fall, he was 56.

Download this nice sounding audience recording and check out Big Big Train for yourself. I wish I could have provided a soundboard recording for your introduction to them but this is all I have. I am looking for more

Ahhhh! I love early Bruce Springsteen! From Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J. to The River is my favorite era. The River is one of my favorite Bruce albums. I go back to it a lot. To me it kind of seems like a culmination of everything Bruce had become as a songwriter during his early days and foretold his songwriting future. "The River" with it's true feeling of the repression happening in America at the time touched on musical areas felt as far back as "Adam Raised A Cane". While "Hungry Heart" written for and in homage to The Ramones showed everyone that Bruce Springsteen was destined to hit the charts hard with his next effort. With Born In The USA Bruce took his social commentary to the charts. Then the world new what we all new. Bruce Springsteen can write a hit song and still tell a story that needs to be said. Also Bruce Springsteen can Rock with the best of them!!

I remember the first time Rosebud heard Primus. It was live at an Ozzfest. Primus played the main stage and had Bucket Head as a special guest guitarist on one song. He also played with nunchucks during "My Name Is Mud". Rosebud thought it was some of the oddest music she had heard, but loved it! We have been lucky enough to catch Primus live quite a few times. Never a bad show!!

This awesome performance is just too short, that's the only short coming it has.
