Great collection of shows from guitar prodigy Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Kenny was just 7 years old when he met his idol Stevie Ray Vaughan, but was already playing guitar. Kenny was signed by Irving Azoff to Giant Records. Kenny's second album Trouble Is... has the record for the longest stay on the Billboard Blues Charts. According to Kenny during the included interviews, it was his commercial peak as well. Kenny and company lay down some solid grooves here. If some of the names in the line-up look familiar it's because they are. Anthony James "Tony" Franklin played in The Firm, Blue Murder, Whitesnake, David Gilmour's solo band, and with Pat Travers to name a few. Chris Layton of course was a member of Stevie Ray Vaughan's Double Trouble, Arc Angels, and Storyville.

This awesome Pre-FM recording of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble comes after both Stevie & Tommy Shannon had been to re-hab for their drug use. Stevie was riding high on a personal level, enjoying sobriety and new love with Janna Lapidus. The band never sounded better according to critics and fans. It was during this period on the road that Stevie and company would write the In Step album.

Classic Peter Frampton concert in Pre-FM quality (sorry but I only have a lossy version). Peter was touring to support the Somethings Happening album, his third since leaving Humble Pie. The album's sales were disappointing in spite of Peter touring extensively.

Another great Motörhead performance caught on tape. This time at the 2004 Rock Am Ring Festival. There are no surprises in this set of Motorhead classics. This recording comes some 18 days before the release of Motörhead's 17th studio album, Inferno, but no songs from that disc are performed.
