Draftervoi's notes:
The same set list was also broadcast as Budweiser Concert Hour BC 84-20 in 1984.
There are several bootlegs that include this material.
The bootleg "Of My Fire" includes two additional songs: "Help" and "Legs"
Several b-sides were sourced from this show, and give the date as August 2, 1984

I'm glad you like it, Spensersdada...and as always, MAJOR THANKS to TheNewJDP for finding it worthy of sharing it on his most excellent blog. These Budweiser Concert shows seem to be pretty rare, they don't turn up on Ebay very often and when they do, they usually are too pricey for me to win the auction. I clean the records and spend a lot of time listening for clicks n' pops and fixing them one click at a time in Audacity...even the stupid commercials! Although, thanks to Budweiser for spending the money to sponsor such live recordings, otherwise we'd never get to hear this music!
ReplyDeleteBig thanks have to go to you Draftervoi! You're reputation for fine encodings is growing! When ever I put up one of your shows it gets double the hits. We are all thankful all your time and efforts to bring together such an archive of fine shows!
