JustDave's Notes:
- The artwork says these are FM broadcast ecordings except for CD Four which is said to be a soundboard. The shows are all audience recordings.
- The Boston show is of note due to it having a live version of "Sunburst" a song that was rarely performed live.
- Added fade in/fade out to beginning and end of CD2 and CD3 as they both started abruptly.
- Fixed a bad edit at the end of CD3 Track 02 "Mary Lou".
- Deleted a repeated musical phrase at the beginning of CD4 track 01 "Feel Like A Number" where the line "Dear sir letters keep coming in the mail repeated.
- Added fade in/fade out to beginning and end of CD4.
