Another live Eric Clapton recording for your enjoyment. When I was listening to this one to make sure it was good enough to post a friend of my son's was over visiting. My son asked me what I was going to put on next and I told him Eric Clapton live in 1975 his buddy roars out "Oh I love Eric Clapton, my Dad introduced me to him, Clapton is God." To which I replied "You will not blaspheme in this house like that. Everyone knows Lemmy is God!" The kid looked scared!!

Except from the Sydney one, not many high quality recordings from the 75 tour. So quite impatient to listen to this concert, downloading right now. Still 30 minutes to go... whoussshhhh...
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Paris.
And loved the story about EC and Lemmy. Quite right ! and lots of fun.
Hope you enjoy it Derek! Sorry about the speed..

The speed is fine for me, no problem. It seems we again have access to Filefactory here in France but now Rapidgator and Turbobit have disappeared. What are they doing, crazy nuts ???!
ReplyDeleteI like this concert. Fine playing even if the quality of the recording is not the best, still enjoyable and listenable.
Great thanks !
Is it George Terry who sings lead on Mainline Florida ? My guess is : yes.
Not sure about Georg Terry singing but you probably right. Keep me posted about what can and can not be downloaded from in France. Do not want you to miss things.
