justdave's notes:
I ripped the waves with DVD Audio Extractor. I then used goldwave to re-edit a couple track marks and double the volume. No EQ or noise reduction was used. The waves were encoded to MP3 320kbps with Traders Little Helper because the DVD had lossy audio.

Number 2 in a double shot of The Police from early in there career. This one is kind of special in that is the first live performance of "Walking On The Moon" so downloadable history.

  1. JustDave - I did some checking. This can'ty be April 6 (04-06) 1979 because the Police were in the US thenn - I have several April FM boradcasts including April 7 from Boston. And it can't be June 4 (o6-04) because the Police played Pinkpop that date. The Police wiki http://www.thepolicewiki.org/Police_wiki dates it as February 21 - see link http://www.thepolicewiki.org/Police_wiki/index.php?title=1978-1979_Outlandos_d%27Amour_Tour
