Hi! I have been searching for this demos album and have found this post of yours. The FLAC link seems to work but the MP3 link is down. (Also, the speed for anon/free account users is awful. Ever thought about torrenting?)
ReplyDeleteSo if you are asking for a repost.....
DeleteI? am? i guess? I'm not sure if you typically try to keep links up-and-working or simply post a post & don't check up on it after, but I somehow just assumed the former.
DeleteThis demo pre-mix album, as far as I could find, currently exists on the net as a Youtube video (in its compressed audio quality and from where it can't be saved & could be easily removed or country-blocked), as a last.fm stream (does it still work even?), and in two blogspot posts: one is this one of yours, the other of the "nathannothinsez" blog. His is just the MP3 version, and the only FLAC i managed to find is yours. I somehow feel like there should be more copies floating around so that the album won't get lost. So I suppose yeah, would you kindly repost the dead link and, if possible, post alternatives for the living one. Thank you for at least spending your time on me, and I hope life treats you well.
No problem, I am making posts today so I'll add that to the list. I keep an eye on my posts, if people need a re-post I don't mind. At one point in time this recording was all over the net. Also this time it will not be on Filefactory. You will find if you keep coming back We operate a little different than a lot of other sites. I am JustDave welcome to my living room.

Thank you, JD. I had the pleasure to see them during the Imaginos Tour, in Bordeaux, France, in 1989. My first concert ever !
ReplyDeleteImaginos is a great album, I saw the tour in Detroit at a small theater called Harpo's. The show sounded great and BOC were excellent. I have never saw a bad BOC show. Hope you enjoy the demos. By the way yo might want to check out the Albert Bouchard album Re Imaginos released in 2020. He also put out Imaginos III - Mutant Reformation in 2023.
