This great FM recording from Steve Winwood catches the artist on tour for his multi-platinum album Back In The High Life. Back In The High Life peaked at #3 on the US Album Charts. It also spawned 7 singles, "Higher Love" #1, "Freedom Overspill" #20, "Split Decision", "Take It as It Comes", "Back in the High Life Again" #13, "Wake Me Up on Judgment Day", and "The Finer Things" #8. Steve Winwood also received 7 Grammy Nominations, winning 3, Best Engineered Non-Classical Album, Record Of The Year for "Higher Love", and Best Pop Vocal Performance – Male for the same track.

This tape shows it's age in spots but is a very good listen. I personally can't get enough live performances of "Loan Me A Dime" and this is a fine one. I love this era of April Wine, I used to ride around in my 1972 Chevy Nova blasting Nature Of The Beast & Harder .. Faster while cruising through my neighborhood.
